Is there any way around the inflexibility of NCE cancellation or subscription changes?

Regardless of the length of term, seat cancellations and reductions will not be allowed outside of the initial 7 day period.

However

The NCE program will be offered with three possible commitment terms – on a 1 month, 12 month, and 36 month commit.

Premium pricing

Subscriptions on a one month commit will be subject to premium pricing, at 20% higher than the 12 month commit.
