Dmitry Morgan

Dmitry Morgan is a partner of the firm and heads the firm’s Corporate and M&A operations. Dmitry advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including private equity transactions (where he regularly acts for sponsors, management teams and portfolio companies), private M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Before joining Law 365, Dmitry was a senior corporate associate at the London offices of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft (a New York law firm) and Schjødt (a top tier Norwegian law firm). Prior to this, Dmitry worked as a corporate associate at Macfarlanes.
